What happens if I lower the chosen rate plan for a colleague?

Your colleague will have 2 options:

• he/she stays on the current rate plan and covers the price difference of the new, lower rate plan
• he/she agrees and receives the new rate plan.

In both cases: a new rate plan becomes active by default from the start of the next subscription month for each specific phone number.
