What happens if an employee does not pay his/her payment invitation?
As a reminder: a colleague will only receive a personal payment invitation if he/she activated a more expensive rate plan than proposed by the company, or for costs outside the bundle.
We will send an e-mail to your colleague two days before the due date of the payment invitation and on the due date itself. If the payment invitation remains unpaid, we will send your colleague 2 more reminders before we switch to minimum services and ultimately definitive termination of the subscription in question. With minimum services, he/she can no longer call, text or surf on your mobile. He/she can still call the emergency services, be called and receive texts.
