What happens if my employer cancels the employer contribution?

If your employer cancels the employer contribution, you have 2 options for your subscription:

  • Keep the subscription and the telephone number in question. The full subscription fee will then be billed to you monthly. Your employer will no longer receive an invoice for that telephone number.
  • Cancel the subscription. The telephone number in question is therefore closed. This will not incur additional cost. You can of course also transfer the number in question to another operator.
