I have a higher rate plan than that offered by my employer, and I receive a monthly statement/invoice for the price difference. What happens if I don’t pay?
We will send you a reminder two days before and on the due date of such a statement/invoice. If such a statement/invoice remains unpaid, we will proceed to minimum services and ultimately definitively terminate the subscription in question. With minimum services, you can no longer call, text or surf on your mobile. You can still call the emergency services, be called and receive texts.
