What happens if my employer wants to increase the rate plan over what was initially proposed?
If your employer increases the employer contribution for your Mobile Vikings for Business subscription, you will receive an e-mail about this. As an employee, you can then take one of the 3 options below.
- You simply switch to the proposed higher rate plan. Follow the steps in the e-mail.
- If you were already on a higher rate plan, your personal contribution will either decrease or disappear altogether. For example:
- You were on the newly proposed higher rate plan already. For example: your employer initially suggested €15, but you activated a €20 plan and you currently pay the price difference. Your employer now wishes to increase the employer contribution to €20. You now have 3 options again:
- switch to Unlimited for €29 and contribute €9 a month.
- stay at €20 and no longer contribute anything.
